Veg noodles

Necessary materials

 

1. Noodles
2. Carrots-50 grams
3. Beans-50 grams
4. Cabbage-50 grams
5. Green chili-1 (or) Green sauce – 1/2 teaspoon
6. Bell peppers-2
7. Soy sauce- 1/2 teaspoon
8. Ginger, garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
9. Caraway seeds
10. Salt
11. Coriander
12. Onion-1
13. Tomato-1

 

Recipe
First, chop the carrots, beans, bell peppers, and cabbage into thin strips or into powder.
Then boil the noodles (90 percent) in water and drain and let cool.
Chop the onion, tomato, and green chilies into powder or lengthwise.Chop it finely.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, curry leaves and saute well. Add tomatoes and salt as required and saute. Add soy sauce and chili sauce, stir well, sprinkle with coriander and set aside.
