Grind:
Grated coconut – ¼ cup
Ginger – 1 piece
Cumin – 1 teaspoon
Pepper – 1 teaspoon
Anemal – 1 teaspoon
Garlic cloves – 2
Dried chilies – 4
Recipe
Grind the ingredients to be ground finely.
Put a pan on the stove, add a little oil and sauté the onion and tomato. Add the curry paste, salt, and half a cup of water, cook on the stove, and then turn off the heat.If you want it to be like a stir-fry, drain the water and stir well.
If you want it to be like a gravy, drain it while there is still some water.
Best Pairings: Gravy goes well with rice and chapatis.
