How to make cauliflower manchurian
Required Materials:
Cauliflower – 1
Chili powder – 2 teaspoons
Salt – to taste
Corn flour – 1/2 cup
Maidah – 2 tablespoons
Rice flour – 2 tablespoons
Sesari color – 1 pinch
Oil – 1 cup
Recipe:
Buy cauliflower that is thick and white in color.
Cut the florets into small petals.
In a wide pot, bring water to a boil, add the cauliflower and salt, stir, and immediately turn off the stove.
If it is overcooked, it will not be crispy.
Pour it into a colander and let the water drain well.
Mix all the ingredients except the oil.
